Hutchison Global Communications (HGC) is the first fixed-line network operator in Asia to adopt an open-network strategy enabling ICT providers from around the world to deliver ICT applications through HGC’s high-speed fibre optic network. Utilizing the network’s universal interface, partners can easily integrate different applications through standard protocols and cost-effectively tap into Hong Kong’s business community.

WorkTools@HGC is a network resources partnership program launched in October 2006. The participating ICT partners includes Research In Motion, Symantec Hong Kong Limited, Senvid, Inc., Fujitsu Hong Kong Limited, Teligent (Asia) Limited and Expert Systems IVR (Asia) Co. Ltd. More and more partners that joined in this partnership program and will be announced soon.
