Value Added Services
Abbreviated
dialling Saves you time by storing your most frequently
dialed numbers in the memory.
Appointment
Service Gives you a call at the appointed time to remind
you of important appointments, enabling your telephone to act as an
important time management tool.
Block-the-Blocker Allows you to reject
anonymous calls by diverting the call to a standard message
informing the caller that you do not wish to receive blocked calls.
Call
Forwarding Diverts all incoming calls to a designated
local number so that you can be reached wherever you are. With this
feature, you can choose to forward all your incoming calls to
another number, or only those calls when your line is engaged, or
when your call is not answered.
Caller
Number Display Enables you to know who is calling before
you pick up the phone.
Call
Waiting Allows you to accept another incoming call while
your line is already engaged. It also lets you switch back and forth
between the two calls for added convenience.
Conference Calling Allows you to add a third
person to an existing phone conversation, resulting in a three-way
call.
Do-Not-Disturb Blocks incoming calls if you do
not want to be disturbed. Outgoing calls can be made as usual.
Duplex
Ringing Gives you two different telephone numbers for one
telephone line. Each number has a different ringing tone so you can
identify which number has been called. It is especially useful when
you would like to distinguish private calls from business calls, or
local calls from international calls.
Fax
Never Busy Stores all your incoming faxes on the server
when your fax machine is not answering or engaged.
IDD
Security Enables you to prevent unauthorised use of your
telephone line for any chargeable calls.
Per
Call Disable Call Waiting Allows you to avoid any
interruption during an important call. It provides you with the
ability to disable the call waiting feature on a per-call basis
either before placing a call or during a call.
Remote
Call Forwarding Enables you to forward your incoming calls
to a designated local telephone number or mobile number from any
phone from anywhere, anytime.
Voice
Message Ensures that you receive all your calls even when
you are away from home. The caller can leave you a message or a
contact number with this service. A total of 20 messages (Basic) or
40 messages (Premium) can be recorded and stored with each message
lasting up to a minute in duration.
