18-month warranty of the Vfone hardware will be
offered by Videofone Company Limited or its authorised agent.
HGC is not responsible for any claims exclusively relating to
the Vfone hardware and/or its maintenance service.

HGC and Videofone reserve the right to alter the
terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.

The Vfone Services cannot work under a web log-in
broadband technology. |

If the customer terminates the service prior to the
expiration of the minimum subscription period, the customer shall
immediately pay to HGC liquidated damages in an amount equal to the
aggregate of monthly charges for the service for the remaining un-expired
term of the minimum subscription period and the market value of the
gift (if applicable). |
