HGC has been providing "School Fibre Broadband" service to the school sector since March 2001. It is our mission to equip all the schools in Hong Kong with the advanced fibre infrastructure so that the schools can take advantage of the multi-media applications for education purpose. Within two years' time, over 70% of the primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong have been using this service.
